Seriously, charging for hot water is just ridiculous!!! Also, how hard is it to position rooms closer together for families? Noise from parties can ruin your stay. Consider installing mini fridges in rooms – it gets warm!!!

Our spacious Junior Suite was comfy, and we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The location was very convenient, just a short walk to major attractions.

The location, while convenient, requires a 20-minute walk to el centro which can be a challenge with kids in tow. Rooms are basic and don't come equipped with fridges or kettles, making simple comforts like cold drinks or hot water a hassle—we had to sprint to the convenience store for basic necessities. Additionally, the traffic noise can be intrusive, especially for light sleepers, though the in-room air conditioning provides some white noise.

The kids loved the pool area and the gardens where they could run around and unwind. Just a heads up, if you’re sensitive to noise, you might hear some traffic, but it didn't bother us at all. 😊
